Vision & Values
Our Vision
KCC’s vision is to bring hope and healing to those in our community who find themselves in need.  We aim to use the resources available within our community to meet the immediate needs of those seeking help.

In addition to the existing services offered by KCC (e.g. supplying food and other emergency relief including clothing and household items), we aim to be vigilant in identifying the emerging needs of the community and finding ways to address these community needs.

We seek to build authentic relationships with those who access our services and support, encouraging them beyond their current circumstances to discover their own potential and their potential to make a difference in the lives of others.

Our Values
Compassion – Responding with love and genuine concern for the needs of our community
Dignity – Recognising that all people are of equal value and worthy of respect
Integrity – Offering a safe, authentic, transparent and reliable service to the community
Empowerment – Bringing positive outlook that sees future possibilities and inspires hope
Belonging – Being an open and understanding community where relationship is central
Generosity – Operating fundamentally on the principle of giving
